SCHOLARSHIPS/GRANTS
The Garden Club of New Jersey Scholarship Awards provide financial aid to students and promote the study of Horticulture, Floriculture, Landscape Design, Botany, Plant Pathology, Agronomy, Environmental Science, City Planning, Land Management and related subjects.
Candidates should review the Purpose of the Scholarship Program (link provided below) and submit all documents and required forms to the GCNJ Scholarship Chair by FEBRUARY 5th. Documents and forms may be mailed or emailed.

MEMORIALS TO THE SCHOLARSHIP FUND
Anyone wishing to give a gift in memory of a person who has passed away, may do so by sending a check payable to The Garden Club of New Jersey and indicate the name of the individual in the memo.

NATIONAL GRANTS
Grants from Ames Tool Company for Garden Tools
Ames will donate tools for approved club landscaping projects/programs. Clubs can apply for a set of tools listed on the website. The deadline is March 1st.

Grants from Espoma for Organic Gardening Products
Twenty garden clubs will be awarded grants of up to $250 of organic plant foods and potting soils. There is no set deadline. Applications will be processed throughout the year.

Plant American Grants from NGC
This NGC grant program is funded by donations. PLANT AMERICA Community Project Grants program provides financial support for new or existing projects of NGC member clubs in their respective communities. This year’s deadline is October 15th.
